while filling up the EE online forms, there is an error in the personal history

Hi,
While filling up the online form for EE, i encountered a problem..the personal history section keeps giving errors, no matter how many alterations done...
Anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know..would be of great help as the process is stuck at this....
