Which_PNP_will_accept_Assistant_Professors?

Hi
In which Pnp i can get acceptance as i have PHD with 3 yrs of exp as Univ Professor.
My Ielts score is overall 7 and my express entry score is 404.
Last draw was at 442

So what shud i do to get accepted.
Please guide folks
