Which / Who's return label to use for CPC Ottawa to US ?

Hi,

Need help from someone experienced. Whats the best way get passport back to US from CPC. I believe - UPS, FedEx and Canada Post provide these services.

Which is the best one to use. I will be sending passport to CAN from US via UPS as i have always used their services.
But i am not sure whos service to use from CAN back to US.

Please advise.

I sent last week by Fedex. It was very eficiente. Sent Tuesday (04/05) and it was back last Tuesday (04/12). Took exactly one week. I always used UPS before, but I heard that they don't create the returning label, so I went straight to fedex.
