I have a first cousin in Pakistan who wants to immigrate to Canada. She is 21 years old. I am a Canadian citizen and I have sponsored my wife’s family in the past.
Which way would be faster and easier to immigrate to Canada ? Which category? (Express Entry / Expression of Interest or Skilled Worker / Professional Immigration or Family Class Sponsorship).

Need your help/advice/suggestion.

Use this http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp

IELTS to CLB http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/language/charts.asp

enter information as accurate as you can for her and see the score below, if it reaches any where above 450-460 then express entry is quicker.
May be ask her to do IELTS one more time to get higher score.

Thank you very much for your reply.

Does she have a spouse or common law partner who is Canadian? If not - Family Sponsorship is out. She will have to qualify to immigrate on her own.

She used the tool and she got 353. What do you suggest now?

Her score is way too low.

She has to improve her English scores, get skilled work experience and assess her credentials if she hasn't done so.

Agreed.

I think she's realistically a few years away from being able to immigrate.

I expect (just expecting) that she did the Academic IELTS test; remember that for Canadian immigration she'd need the General IELTS test (if she hasn't done that already)
