Which Visa office to send my document?

I am Japanese currently living in France.

I got my CSQ last month by mail. They sent me also instructions and the address to send my application forms for immigration Canada which is Canadian embassy in Paris.

My question is, I'm going back to my country in 2 months and I would like to apply them to Tokyo office.

According to the site of immigration Canada, I could apply from France or Japan.

If I send my documents to Canadian embassy in Tokyo, would it cause a problem to my process ? why did immigration Quebec has mentioned to me to send them to Paris?

hi, in my opinion the immigration Quebec has advised u to send to Paris as u submit ur application for CSQ in Paris. But u can apply in the country u r residing.
If u don't mind, can you let me know abt your CSQ application? After how long ve got ur CSQ?

I applied my CSQ in Nov, and I got it in April. so its about 5 months but it doesnt take that long in paris office.
I had to send them some other documents that I forgot to send.
