My wife and I live in the US (both legally admitted for over 1 year). My wife, the applicant, is a national of Taiwan. From my understanding, we can choose either Buffalo or Taipei to process our app.
1. Which region from Part 3 do I use? The country where she is living right now, or country where she is a national?
2. We are putting our address in the US for all correspondence, will this cause problems/delays in the future if we choose Taiwan to process our app?
