Which TRV form is the right one? IMM5257E or IMM5708?

Ok. I am slightly lost here.

I am a worker in Canada. My previous TRV expired on January 2016. I am applying for a new one because I have to travel soon. I am currently in Canada.

What application should I filled out?

Is it the IMM5257E(Application For Visitor Visa (Temporary Resident Visa) OR IMM5708(Application to Change Conditions, Extend my Stay or Remain in Canada as a Visitor or a Temporary Resident Permit Holder)

I just forgot which one I used before. If memory serves me right- it is the IMM5257E

Please advice.

In reality the processing time for TRVs within Canada is 15 - 30 days including mailing (back and forth). This is based on the experiences of many applicants since last year.

I have invite from my cousin in Canada.. Which of the forms should I fill 5257b or 5257e?? Please help me out on this because I'm confused..
