Which to evaluate-Bachelors degree or Postgraduate Diploma

I had 3rd class in BSC, I completed PGD to upgrade my degree. WES requests for highest qualification for Evaluation.
Can I send both qualifications or do I send only BSC or just the PGD?

In WES, you should send both BSC and PGD. They have been known to giving out weird evaluations, so better not take a chance.
