which stream to choose for PR application

Hi guys,

I am really confused about which stream to choose which will increase the chance of being invited.
I graduated last year Dec 2023. I am currently with a full-time job as a registered nurse. I am thorn between
employer job: international student stream or employer job offer foreign worker stream.

Please help me. Thank you!
