which skill trades are accepted when CRS score is low

Hi guys I saw on this website that every year there a couple of draws where the CRS score goes really low around 200's but the applications accepted in this draw are very limited like 700 or so

My question is which skill trades are given priority during these draws?

Does anyone know?

No such thing as priority for skilled trades. If the applicant is eligible under the FST program and meets the cutoff then he/she will receive an ITA.

When I try to create a profile for Express entry online it says based on your answers you are not eligible for express entry but also gives me option to go ahead and create one.
I know it says not eligible as my score is low but if the draws are as low as 288 or something and my score is in 300's, will I still be accepted if I create a profile?

No, if you do not meet the eligibility criteria of any of the three programs (CEC, FSW, FST) then your profile will be deemed ineligible.
