Which section should i send my documents?

Dear friends my wife is in canada and she is sponsoring me from there. we got out file number on 24th june from islamabad CHC. now i got a letter to complete the required documents so i complete all the requirements... on the top of they letter they wrote VISA SECTION but in DOWN they wrote IMMiGRATION SECTION and had his sign from immigration section and also gave complete address of IMMIGRATION SECTION in the end..does anyone knows to which section of CHC should i send these documents...plz friend help me...i m really under the stress...thanks

Visa Section/Immigration section its the same thing.

If I would be you I would write Canada Embassy (wich for you is Islamabad I notice) Immigrtation Section.

That means i should mention Canada high Commision then Immigration section, right?
