Hello. My first time to post here.i'm an prospective international student who are hoping to proceed to PR after graduation.
It might be foolish to forecast 3-4 years later from now but I'd like to double check before I choose the right college.
I'm torn between BCIT 2yrs program for computer programming in Vancouver and 3yrs program in Ottawa,ON.
I'm leaning toward the one in Ottawa but really worried about OINP process. I've seen many stories here about delay in processing documents and horror stories about waiting in vain.
Luckily I'm 23 now so I hope I'm not that late to start ..
Which region should I go?
