Which provinve is best for PNP for MAster Graduates

Hi all,

I have a question regarding PNP. My sister is applying for universities to complete her Masters in Computer Science in Canada, I know Ontario and BC gives you nomination without a job offer if you are a master's or PhD graduate from the province. On the same side these 2 provinces have higher number of students with the same situation. I am not sure what to advise her. Which province will be best for her in order to get the nomination.

As far my research and understanding every other province will require her to work for 6 months in her field in order to apply for PNP. Any thoughts on what province has easy rules so far and has job growth as well.

I don't know about other provinces, but in BC, if the current rules still apply then, she will be able to apply for the paper based PNP with no experience and no job offer as soon as she finishes her master. She will need to show her intent to continue living in BC though, which might be more complicated, but not impossible, if she has a sibling living in another province.

BC also has a lot of software companies in search of good people.
