Which Provinces or Territories would you consider living in (if you are already living in Canada)?

There is a question in the Express Entry forms asking about the city of residence: "Which Provinces or Territories would you consider living in?" I am currently living in Canada and was wondering what my choice should be. Can I choose all provinces? Thanks.
