Which province is open for 2173 and/or 0213 job code right now or could open in nearest time ?

I have worked as Software Engineer & SSE (2173) for 7 years and recently joined a new company as Technical Project Manager (0213).

I have updated my EE profile as per that. Any idea which pnp profile I should create as most of them requires job offers and Any PNP program that I am eligible right now ?.
