Which province can i apply for PNP

Hello friends,

I am 34 yer and profession "architect" in NOC 2151, I got my ielts overall band score of 7 & WES is completed.
Now i have to file for EE profile. Guessing my CRS score would be around 350, I would ask you to provide information on which province i can apply for PNP without JOB.
