I want to come to Canada, I have bachelor degree in library and information studies, postgraduate diploma in Computer science and training certificates in the following Technology áreas: computing - web programming option. 2. Solar Energy systems design and installations, CCTV and electric fence installations. I am currently working on my own, and also running an IT training program. I am now 56 years old. Please help, where can I start? I mean which immigration program will suit my circumstance.
