Can anyone let me know which PNP is open. All provinces need job offer, what would be the channel to get job offers and approach employers.

SINP opens likely every month 20th day. Job Offer is not necessary there. They have a list of 21 High demand occupation, you have to select from one of them. Your choice NOC 2171 is there.
