I have just got my PGWP and living in B.C. My CRS points with a valid job offer will be 475 (bachelors + pg + Indian work exp). I am looking for a software developer job. I am totally confused to stay in BC or move Ontario (as there are more IT jobs in Ontario). How is OINP vs BCPNP? Will moving Ontario be a bad decision?Rumor is that OINP is very slow and BCPNP is presently fast. Do I even need any PNP? If no PNP required, then LMIA comes into picture. My biggest confusion is about LMIA. Will I need LMIA for my category of job? Is it difficult? Will i need LMIA just in express entry or even in PNP or in neither of them? I read that in BCPNP, one need LMIA if in Greater Vancouver Area and not in smaller cities. This LMIA is super confusing related to OINP, BCPNP and express entry. Please help if anyone really know about this.
