Which part of the process am I now based on ECAS update.

ECAS

3. Medical results have been received.
4. (LATEST ECAS) We sent your correspondence on March 9, 2021. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please have it do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

I am asking for this specific ECAS update #4, it is a correspondence asking me about a police clearance in Malaysia when I have lived there for 1 year, couple of years ago.
I already submitted this requirement and wanted to know which part of the process is this? Am I nearing background check or security etc?

Also I have question about reaching security is it true that if you "reached" security check your eligibility check is already cleared? Im not so sure about this piece of idea I just wanna ask if somebody has any insight to this.
