I have been following some threads but could not find a concrete answer. So apparently the address update tool does not work as it is unable to find your profile. So only other options are through web form or fax.
Is the web form option reliable? Have people been successful updating their address for PR card delivery? Also how much did it take to get a positive reply?
If not does the fax way work? Or is there another option? People have suggested calling IRCC but I guess it is difficult to reach an agent. If I go to their local office can they update the address for me?
