Which option to choose to obtain GCMS notes on Citizenship application?

Hi all,

I want to obtain GCMS notes on my citizenship application.

I am submitting an ATIP request, I chose "Access to information act" -> "Immigration/Citizenship records".

Next question is "What type of record would you like to request? " and I chose "Citizenship"
Next it asks "Which specific information are you looking for? "

And it shows two options, which one should I choose?

"Status update of file/Reasons for Refusal/Officer's Electronic notes"

**or**

"The application, supporting documents and correspondences sent to and/or from IRCC"

I believe it should be the first one "Status update of file..." but want to seek a confirmation before submitting the request.

Kindly advise.

Hello. I am in the process of submitting the request and have the same inquiry. Which one did you end up selecting? Also whu did you select access to information and not the privacy act?
