Which one is my local office for citizen app processing?

If I am working at location 1 and my child (4yr old) is living with my wife at location 2. Both locations are in Canada. I want to include my child on my citizenship application. So will location 1 is going to be the local office for us both (my gut says yes, but need some confirmation)?

your local office will be the one closest to your residence address/home address mentioned in the application form...
