Which one is my file number

I am sponsoring my wife from Pakistan. On form Part3 specific to a country form say on top of each page Name and file number. I think in name place my wife name goes, but which file number they talking about?

You will get a file number when you are approved to sponsor her, so leave it blank.

should leave the name section blank too. One more think when I submitting my application should I remove those section in part 3 that are not relevant to me such as other countries for example, Dubai, Jordan, syria etc they are part of part 3 form?

No, fill in the name section. All papers submitted in your package should have names where names are required.

Just put N/A for Not Applicable on a section that does not apply.
