which one is better online or offline paper based application??

i want to know that which process is better for trv.. online or offline.... i mean ratio of successful

Already answered in another thread in that impossible really to predict which is likely to be more successful. If an application is destined to be refused it will not matter whether online or on paper plus the processing times are averages not commitments.

Anybody could come on here and say one or the other but that could just be because their application was straight forward. You could follow their advice and your application not so straight forward then who do you blame ?

At least online versus paper you know for sure with online your application is in the system as opposed to having to track your paper application through the mail until it eventually gets in the system.
