1. Assuming you know that all Skilled worker applications go to Sydney first. If you were admitted to the US for at least a year, and your application is approved by Sydney, then it goes to Buffalo. If it is approved you have 120 days to submit a complete application to Buffalo. At that time you can request LA office if an interview is required.
