Hi, everyone!

Please help me determine the correct NOCs for three relatively similar positions I held at different times.

These are the responsibilities in one reference letter:
• researching legislation, court practice and legal documents
• drafting and translating business correspondence, presentations and other documents
• maintaining internal information filing systems
• assisting with organization of internal events
• communicating with external vendors

The first one corresponds to Paralegal (4211). 2-4 correspond to Administrative assistant (1241). I could not find the fifth one anywhere (maybe, it's "general office work"). Does this position correspond to NOC 1241 overall?

Second position:
"drafting legal correspondence, fee proposals, client memoranda; researching legislation and court practice; conducting due diligence; translating and editing legal documents".

Is this definitely Paralegal (4211)? Or maybe Legal administrative assistant (1242)?

Third position:
"drafting, proofreading, translating and editing business correspondence, press releases and other promotional materials; assisting with organization of external events; maintaining internal information filing systems".

Is this Administrative assistant (1241)?

Thank you for all feedback!

Check which NOC responsabilities/duties match the most with your work experience even if the NOC title is something weird.

The responsabilities of the NOC vs your work duties needs to match, not the job title.

I know about these rules. This is why I want to make sure my responsibilities match the chosen NOCs.
