Which NOC is in demand ?

My CRS score is 390. just wondering what is the impact of NOC on having ITA under PNP?
In other words, Which NOCs are in demand?
How easy or tough it is to find a software development manager job?

NOCs 2171, and 2174 are in NSNP Demand list. (NSNP Demand EE Category is without job offer option)
NOCs 2173 and 2175 are in SINP EE . job offer not compulsory.
Generally, Other PNPs don't have without job offer option.
