Which noc categories are eligible for PNP of Nova scotia,Manitoba and Saskatchaw

NOC 2171 is on the list of in demand occupations for Saskatchewan and Nova Scotia so you may qualify for those, Manitoba are set to open their PNP again in March so more info should be available nearer the time.
For both NS and SK you also need CLB of 7 in all four areas from IELTS or CELPIP, an ECA and at least one year of full time or at least 1560 hours of part time work experience in 2171 in the last five years.
For Saskatchewan you have to score 60/100 points on their assessment grid and for Nova Scotia its 67/100. I can't post links at the minute but if you look at their application guides the grids are in there. If you google 'Saskatchewan PNP application guide 2015' and the same for NS the links for the PDFs come straight up.
