Which Masters degree in Quebec to gain Citizenship ?

Hello.

Can u please suggest me the list of Masters degree courses, after the completion of which Canadian citizenship is offered - recently announced by Quebec Premier Jean Charest at Mumbai University?

Quebec is not a country and can therefore not offer you citizenship.

If you are talking about Quebec offering you a PR if you have certain degrees, that is another thing entirely. You can find Quebec immigration at http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/index.html

The have a self assessment at http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/immigrate-settle/permanent-workers/epi.html where you can try out different degrees and see when it tells you that you would have a chance to be selected.

Keep in mind that in Quebec, people speak French so it is very helpful both for your selection and for living there if you speak it.

Quebec premier, Jean Charest has promised International students that upon completion of a BACHELORS, MASTERS or DOCTORATE DEGREE
the candidate will be awarded a certificate of selection for the Canadian citizenship.
Now, I think that is going to be effective from FEB 14
However, the candidate will have to undergo Health & Security checks and pass them in order to get the citizenship.
Now I only want to know what 1 YEAR MASTERS DEGREE PROGRAMS are available which will qualify for this program.

A certificate of selection from Quebec allows you to apply for PR, not citizenship.

Note (as Leon has already suggested), you will need to have an intermediate level of oral French and you must pass a test to prove it...

Any student who secures a bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree from any university in Quebec will obtain a certificate of selection to become a citizen of Canada.
