Which makes a Super Visa case stronger: Husband of applicant has a job or not?

Hi everyone,

I am trying to invite my mother-in-law. Father-in-law is in between jobs but he can pick a full time job anytime. Mother-in-law does have a full time job. When filling the application is it considered favorably in terms of ties and other factors if father-in-law (who won't apply for visa) is dependent on mother-in-laws income or not?
