Which kind of Visa for dependants of nominee?

I am nominated by YNP. I have 2 dependants, husband and two-year-old son. I am applying for work permit, also open workpermit for my husband. But I wonder which application is suitable for my son? Travel? In my country, Canada embassy accepts short-term travel visa
