Which way have more impact on application which way can impress more to Vo increase the chances of approval. For online application do we need to notarised all documents before uploading?

I have been in this confusion for quite some time now and finally going to VFS pune tomorrow... I dont have any concrete reasons for that but just because almost everyone has gone to VFS
