Hi Folks, I'm putting together my PR application, and I've been corresponding with the IRCC lately about using an non-panel physician for the medical exam. The IRCC advised me to submit an incomplete application without medical exam and then contact the agency that processes my application to request a dispensation. But how can I know which specific agency will process my application? In other words, after we electronically submit our application through Express Entry, where does the application go and who should I contact? Because the IRCC is slow in replying to emails, I think it's much better to ask here. Thanks a lot!

Two visa offices in the US process PR applications: the one in Los Angeles and the one in New York. But how can I know which of the two will process my application? Is the information available to us applicants?
