Which is easier to get PR Card, Applying for Express Entry or Marrying your PR Partner

Im a currently a J1 visa holder here in U.S.A, and after my contract im planning to visit my girlfriend for more than 3years there in canada.
The question is which is easier way to become PR in canada? applying for Express entry who is I need to complete a lot or requirements etc, or marry my girlfriend while im in canada and holding a visitor visa then apply for spousal sponsorship afterwards? thanks..

Definitely EE where u don’t have to do lot of paper work

But whos application will approved first? it takes how many months?

for sure express entry will be faster, and as you are us citizen, my guess is that you could receive pr within 2-3 months where sponsorship could take up to year....
