Which is better Flight to Toronto? Air India or Swiss Air

I am getting Air India for INR44,000 direct flight to Toronto from Amritsar
And
Swiss Air for INR38,000 from Delhi to Toronto stopping at Zurich.

No doubt............. Swiss Air!!!!! The price is good and I am sure the flight will be comfortable.
Air India........ don't trust them, with the strikes happening now and then, you know what to expect.
