Which is best of CES ,ICES & IQAS which would surely access masters for MBA in INDIA & quickest ?

Hi all,

I have already done my ECA from WES and received a 1 year diploma equivalent instead of Masters thereby losing 7 valuable points.
I have done 2 year full time MBA from Xavier Institute of management , Bhubaneswar (premier b school category).

Now, I already have seek clarity in many forums but without any concluding answer as there is no definite recommendation.

Can anyone of you based from their experience suggest which is best amongst these 3 according to below criteria:
1. It would surely access masters for my MBA education
2. It is the quickest

Would really appreciate the guidance.

ICES is considered quickest in the regard
$200 for each credential though
Overall you'll save 3 months over IQAS

According to pdf (2nd link) PGDM from XLRI and XIM get Masters equivalency. However IQAS is way too slow. They have SLA of 20 weeks processing time.
