Which "Information guides" use

Hi,

I am a Polish citizen living in the UK for the last 5 years. Which information guide I should use ? For Poland or for UK.

As you have been resident for more than 1 year in your current country, use the western europe guide.

Also download the eastern europe guide and look for anything extra they ask for and then maybe include those as well in an extra part of the document jsut in case you need them.

Im british but have lived in australia for over a year. so i used the australia guide but put the number of pictures requested from the western european guide just to be certain.

The guide says "Supply eight (8) recent photos for each member of your family and yourself". I am being sponsored by my wife (Canadian citizen) and we have no kids or other dependents on our application. Do I need to submit her photos ?
