Which Immigration Office to Select

Hello,
My name is Saad and I am currently in Sydney Australia but I am from Pakistan. I am applying for FSWP and in the generic application Form it asking for Immigration Office Requested For Processing the Application.

Which office should I select and how will I know which one I need to select.

if you are in Australia since August 2013 the you can select Australian visa office, but remember if you are planing to come back to Pakistan then select LVO (london Visa Office) LVO is responsible for PK.

if you went to Australia after August/September 2013 (less than 1 year there) then you will have to select LVO.
