Which IMM 5669 version to use? Different versions being offered on Canada.ca

It is unclear to which IMM 5669 version I should use.

This webpage gives me IMM 5669 (11-2018) -- Sponsoring spouse from Kosovo, no need to submit other documents:

This webpage gives me IMM 5669 (06-2019):

Here's what's even more confusing: The first webpage updated every other form except for this IMM 5669 which is dated 11-2018.

What's going on? Surely if the first webpage updated other forms but kept the old IMM 5669 then we should use that? This is extremely frustrating.

Bumping because everyone should be aware of this. Seems to happen for every country

Go with the one that the application package gives you, so 2018. This form needs to be validated and the 2019 version does not validate.
