WHICH GCMS REQUEST TYPE IS BETTER?

dear all,

last time i have got my student visa refusal because of purpose of visit and i am planning to request GCMS note to know the detail reason( by my uncle who is now in Canada). and what i am confused about is, which request type is better to know the detail refusal reasons? ELECTRONIC OR PHYSICAL ?

they both are same. electronic is they will scan all pages and email it to you. physical is they will print and courier you.
