Which french test is easier to get CLB 7? TEF or TCF?

Im starting to learn french on my own and I would like to know which test would be easier TEF or TCF?
I think expression orale will be the most difficult section for me

I found the TCF slightly easier than the TEF (the reading texts seemed noticeably more difficult in the TEF). I had a slightly higher score in my TCF, as did my wife who's French.
