Which forms does my wife need to fill exactly?

Hi guys. I know "which" forms to fill (Saw it in the checklist ), but she has no children, and no one else will be getting sponsored by me. So, does it mean some of the forms we don't have to fill? If we don't have to fill them, then we just exclude the forms all together?

Also for the background/declaration - does she need to fill this? I'm assuming yes, and if yes, does she have to go get a criminal background check in Russia and submit it along with her application? (even though it's in russian ).

AND last question. We are not using a representative, so we just don't bother even adding this form?

You don't have to fill the children form
you MUST fill the Additional Family Information [IMM 5406] form

Don't fill the representative

You must fill the Schedule A – Background/Declaration [IMM 5669]
Don't forget to follow the extra instruction for your country

Sign and date all forms, follow the instructions, if you want to save time, otherwise they will just return the whole thing to you.

Just follow the instructions, that is it!
