Which form to fill IMM 5669 or eIMM 5669?

Hello Everybody,

I have applied under EE BCPNP International graduate program. I have received ITA and applied on JUN 4th. It will be 6 moths in Dec 4. IRCC has just emailed us requesting IMM5669 form.

I have seen 2 forms on IRCC forms and application packages which are IMM 5669 and eIMM 5669

IMM 5669 is printable version with actual signature requirement however eIMM5669 has a validate button.

I am not sure if I should fill IMM 5669, print, sign, scan and upload it or should I fill the other eIMM5669 which doesn't require an actual signature

Which one did you end of filling. I've been asked to resubmit IMM5669 (Schedule A) again and I came across 2 forms (of them have a 2022 date). Any help will be appreciated.

I have submitted whichever form available on the internet. I haven't received any response on it from IRCC yet.
