Which email id to use to send passport scanned copies in advance!

Hi there,
I did not get any request to submit my passport pages for the 5 years validity period, but I read in the forum and some senior suggestions, where we can submit before they ask us to submit. Since my physical presence on tracker is still in progress and rest of them completed. Except oath is not started. Just to save some time in between.

Also, I missed one trip to declare in physical presence calculator while applying and submitted the new physical presence calculator after I received my AOR via webform and confirmed that they have received and forwarded to the office.

I am october 2020 applicant family of 5 and all my wife's and kids status have been completed.

I submitted via webform within few months of AOR but still they ended up asking me on it after a year. So no use of sending it but you can send it if you want it through webform which they will attach it to your application.
But you cant send it to email as you wont know which email you need to send or its better to avoid sending anything to the office unless they requested on it.

I dont see any way we can save time except that if you need to prepare for the documents then you can go ahead and prepare and keep it ready. This is the most frequently asked template checklist and they might ask for one more more documents(whichever applicable) for few applicants (not for all).

Thanks @harirajmohan. I will wait and see if they request any additional documentation. But I will prepare and keep my passport copies aside and as soon as I receive the email, I will forward to them.
