Hi guys ... So I have a question. I have the following education credentials:

1) Masters degree from US in Electrical & Computer Engineering
2) Bachelors degree from Pakistan in Computer Engineering
3) A Levels Higher Secondary Education from Pakistan, although using Cambridge International Examinations (UK) as the board organizing the papers
4) O Levels Secondary Education from Pakistan, although using Cambridge International Examinations (UK) as the board organizing the papers

Which of these should I get assessed from WES, for Entry Entry purposes ? Would it be good to get all of them assessed (although this will require more time and money) ?

For Pakistan, WES has a rule that if I want to get a Pakistani Bachelors degree assessed (#2 above), I also have to get all of my Secondary education assessed by them (#3 and #4 above) ..

send all of them in one package, cost is the same if you get it done document by document and not course by course and its somewhere around 322 $

I think sending all of your post secondary degrees' documents will be safe. Although only the toppest degree will get points.

Getting only my Masters degree is going to be easy, but if I also want my Bachelors assessed then I'll also have to get my O and A levels assessed, which will require at least another month, and also another 200 dollars or so (Cambridge charges for statement of results)

So I'm trying to decide if only getting my Masters assessed will be enough of not.

Even though it seems like a lot of trouble to get it done, it is best if you get both degrees assessed. The reason being that you will claim points for 2 degrees automatically since you have a masters. You will be asked to provide an ECA for your bachelors once you receive an ITA - failure to do so can result in rejection.
I think you can get two degrees assessed in one package - at least that's how I did mine. It cost me roughly $300 something. I don't know how it works with the O and A levels thing though, but I do not understand why you would have to send those documents to the agency.
Again, in my experience, I submitted copies of my degrees and my university sent only the transcripts of my bachelors and masters to WES.

Good luck!

I have created EE profile and Claimed points for Masters as I have ECA for masters only. why he has to claim points for 2 degree automatically?

Yes I also saw the second link on my own too, which mentions that I should get my "highest level" of degree assessed for maximum points. so according to this I should be safe if I only got my Masters degree assessed. But I agree with others to also have my Bachelors get assessed, just to be on the safe side. However like I said earlier, that requires more time and I really want to get into the Express Entry pool ASAP.

Does anyone here have experience regarding this ? Namely they only got their Masters degree assessed for CIC purposes ? How was your experience ?
