Dear friends,

In My work permit my role is QA ANALYST(Noc-2171) and my employment role showing as QA TESTER which is aligning closer to 2283, can you please suggest under which NOC code I can apply, the reason is I completed IELTS and got 5.5 in one module and rest all are beyond 6 so need your advises on this.

Please help me friends, so that I can start prepare my documents if answer is good to go.

You can't choose your NOC based on your language test results. You will have to go with whatever
NOC is closer to your actual duties. The title of your position doesn't matter as much as the duties no.

HI,

Thank you very much your reply but I did not got you.

let me explain again, the question is my duties are closed to two noc codes(2283 & 2171) in my WP the NOC code is 2171 but in my employment letter the NOC code is close to 2283, so am not sure which one to pick either WP occupation or Employment letter.

If your duties match the ones mentioned for 2283 then that's your only option, since your language
test results make you ineligible to apply under 2171.
It's as easy as finding the NOC where the duties match the best.
