Which courier and which mailing address

Hi guys

Tried to search the forum with no luck.

I will be shipping my family class sponsorhsip application anytime now to the CIC , but i heard there is two different mailing addresses depending if you ship with a courier like FEDEX AND UPS , and if you ship without a courier.

I will be shipping with courier so i can get a tracking number, anyone recommend fedex or ups or canadapost ?

also what mailing address should i send it too with the courier ?
