Which College Please help

I hold an architectural Bachelors and around 10 years of work experience which started as an architect then moved on to design consultant and then moved on to senior management.
However i want to now move to Canada for my own reasons and I am exploring the option to study one year Graduate Certificate in Construction Management ( I have worked with construction firms ) .

I researched and zeroed on 3 colleges which offer this program
Centennial College offers Construction Management
Fanshawe College offers Construction Project Management
Contesga College offers Construction Management

Can you guys please advise which college would be good , I need a study Permit
What are my chances to get an approval for my Study Permit with this GAP and which college
has a better chance for getting the Study Permit.
I have a good travel history have done a 3 week training in US , travlled to China,bahrain , kuwait , singapore all for work . I have also visited Canada 3 times have a valid TRV for 10 years.

After this one year Graduate certificate what are my chances of landing in a job.
