I have got the offer letter of conestoga college and fanshawe college I need to know that in which college should I apply , which is better and in which college I will get my visa easily?

On a general level, they're the same, noone will care you went to Fanshawe or Cornestoga.
Things you should consider are:
Co-Op or no Co-Op
Location to Toronto
Program Choice.
